What is a McGangBang from McDonald's?

Hi! I was talking to my best friend one day and she said she was heading to McDonald's. I asked her what she gets there and she said she usually gets a McGangBang to eat and the Mickey D's sweet tea to drink. I didn't want to sound stupid so I went with the conversation and didn't ask, "What in the WORLD is a McGangBang?!"
I'm pretty sure McDonald's doesn't have that on their menus but I don't know what it might be. My friend isn't nasty and doesn't participate in gangbangs or anything so I KNOW it isn't dirty or some weird sexual thing. What is a McGangBang so the next time my friends talk about it I will have a better idea of what it is?

Making Espresso - How do I make Crema?

I got an espresso maker for christmas. I've watched some videos on how to make various espresso drinks. I keep seeing crema forming on the top of the espresso pulled in how-to videos. I have a cheap machine by espresso standards, but very expensive for me($70). What sort of things can I do to ensure I get crema?

Coffee and hazelnut cake

Best chocolate cake recipe?

My little brother is having his fourth birthday and he kept asking me to make him a cake. Well, tonight I asked him what sort of cake he is wanting and he said, "CHOCOLATE!!!" I figured chocolate cake with chocolate frosting would be a very suitable choice. Anyway, I want to make the cake and frosting absolutely from scratch but I am not finding a good chocolate cake recipe that jumps out at me. I thought maybe someone has one here that they can vouch for as being excellent. I need the BEST chocolate cake ever. Can anybody give me a good recipe for it?

What is a good dish to bring to a potluck dinner? I am going to one this weekend and I STILL haven't figured out what I want to bring. I want to bring a dish that most people will enjoy so I guess something not TOO extravagant, you know? What are some really good, delicious ideas for dishes to bring to a potluck? THANKS!

Homemade alfredo sauce recipes

I was thinking of making homemade alfredo sauce the other day but I don't have a recipe for it. I was hoping that somebody here had a recipe that they could share with me...
I've never made a sauce before in my life either so I'm not looking for something too complicated to begin with. If your recipe is a not basic then please let me know so I am aware that it might take more effort and tries to get it right :) that's all.

What does "organic" mean?

I was going to buy some groceries yesterday and carrots were on the list. I went to the produce section to choose my carrots and found a sign that said some of them (slightly more expensive, by the way) were organic. I've been seeing "organic" on more products lately and was curious what exactly that meant. I just know somebody here on Advicenators knows :)

Is Tofu good? What does tofu taste like?

I am thinking about becoming vegetarian but I don't know much about fake-meat products. I'm sure there are more faux-meat other than tofu but it's the first that comes to my mind (and probably the first that is offered at restaurants). Does anybody know what tofu tastes like? How would you describe the taste and texture? Does anybody like tofu?

Grilling in the oven

you know how ovens have the oven racks just like grills...well Iw as wondering if I put some foil down can I grill chicken and stuff in the oven and get a similar texture...not so uch the grill flavor but the crispier skin texture? thank you
