I'm not sure if you're on LiveJournal, but I am and I joined a baking communuity. People usually post recipes, ask for recipes that work, OR they post pictures of things they've made. It's a bad community to join because it makes you incredibly hungry, but it's also a really good community to join because some of the bakers are professional & make really good stuff. It's a lot of help and it has definitely inspired me to be a better baker.

As for sites:

I would definitely check those out. Also, if you do happen to have a LiveJournal, the community is called 'bakebakebake' :).
