This is just a suggestion, but I think if you go to a food website such as...foodnetwork.com or cooks.com, or something like that. Look up strawberry deserts. Although, if you are looking for something simple, I suggest Strawberry Cobbler.

Here is a URL I found. I suggested cobbler, because it's sweet, and buttery and delicious and it's a very good comfort food. Especially if it's warm. Delicious. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

OLD FASHIONED STRAWBERRY COBBLER
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Whipped cream (optional)

Heat oven 400 degrees. Hull the strawberries. Melt butter in an 8x12 inch baking dish in preheated oven about 4 minutes. Remove dish from oven. Add milk, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon to the baking dish and stir until just mixed. Arrange strawberries, tips pointed up, on top of the batter. Bake cobbler in oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 4 servings.

I do hope that helps. :D

i would deffenetly recommend choc dipped strawberries. just melt the chocolate in the pan and then once its all melted slowly add some cream.and then dip em in and freeze em.
if you want it to be a bit more complex then try this one..

Strawberry cake is made from scratch, with frozen strawberries, sour cream, a pecan topping layer, and strawberry sauce.
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
•2 (10 ounces each) packages frozen strawberries in syrup
•1 cup butter
•1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
•2 eggs
•1 cup sour cream
•2 cups all-purpose flour
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•.
•Pecan Layer and Topping:
•1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
•1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
•2 tablespoons granulated sugar
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•.
•Sauce:
•Reserved strawberry syrup
•4 teaspoons cornstarch
•2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Drain thawed strawberries, reserving syrup; set aside.
In a mixing bowl cream butter and 1 1/4 cups sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Blend in sour cream. In another bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture, blending well.

Spread half of the batter in a greased and floured 13x8x2-inch baking pan. Spoon drained strawberries over the batter.

Combine pecan layer ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle half of the nut mixture over the layer of batter and strawberries. Spread remaining batter over all, then sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine reserved strawberry syrup with 4 teaspoons cornstarch. Heat, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Cool and serve over warm or cooled strawberry crunch cake. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping, if desired.

I'm not going to duplicate the excellent answers below me, but may I suggest strawberry shortcakes?
Make the biscuits yourself (I usually use Bisquick's recipe, though it's incredibly sticky, the end result is worth it). Fresh whipped cream and sliced strawberries make it taste fresh instead of storebought.

Strawberry Pie

Get some strawberry gel glaze (normally in the section with the strawberries, grahm cracker pie shell or crust, pour the gel glaze in it, cut some strawberries up over it, top it with whipcream. It's easy to make, it takes NO baking.. chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and serve. Its great!
