Grilling in the oven

you know how ovens have the oven racks just like grills...well Iw as wondering if I put some foil down can I grill chicken and stuff in the oven and get a similar texture...not so uch the grill flavor but the crispier skin texture? thank you

Yea, I do it like cooking bake poatatos in the oven. I wrap it in around in tin foil and cook it. Its just like baking it or u can use your boyiler

Your oven should have a broiler, which can give effects similar to a grill.
