Could this be genital herpes?

I am setting up an appointment with a gyno ASAP - but I'm really confused and upset and am hoping someone can shed some light on this.
For the past 3 weeks I have been dealing with what I *thought* was a severe yeast infection. I tend to get them a lot, and they typically go away on their own, but this one was especially bad so I took Diflucan. What was unusual was that I had some pain when urinating, but I heard that this can occur with a yeast infection, so I didn't think anything of it.
It appeared to improve thanks to the Diflucan, and then I had my period, which ended today. Today, in the shower, I noticed that it was especially painful to wash "down there" and upon closer examination I noticed ...

Hey there i'm a 22 year old women but when me and my husband proceed to have sex and he enters. It hurts around the rim of me. Like a burning feeling but only when he enters. I can continue to go on but if it comes out and puts it back in it hurts again! Is there something wrong with me?

Can I get HIV from a scratch?

Hello! I really hope this question doesn't offend anyone - I have very bad health anxiety.
One of my classmates is HIV positive. They were handing me something and scraped my finger with their nail. I didn't bleed. I know they bite their nails (so there might have been saliva on their nails), although I'm not sure if that's relevant. I checked online and all sources say that you cannot get HIV from a scratch, but I'm still extremely anxious about it.
It is too soon to get an HIV test, but I am really freaking out. Moreover, I don't know what to tell my boyfriend. We are long distance and I'm not sure if I will see him before I can get tested. I'm afraid of telling him about my "possible" exposure bec...

I went t0 the doctors and she said I had herpes she just looked at me and gave me meds but never did a real test on me.I have herpes. I gave it to this guy and now he's going to prosecute me. I have a two year old and I can't go to jail. I was raped perviously by another guy and was embarresed.I don't know who the guy was. I didn't know I had an out break. I take meds everyday. So does he have a case? I asked the doctor if it was illegal for me to not tell anyone she said no. I dunno if this is true. HE now has herpes. What do I do.

I am a 16 year old girl, I recently had sex with a guy almost 2 weeks ago.. I have a friend who has genital herpes and I told her about it and she told me that she had sex with him a month before.. she's one of my best friends but she's also one of those people who has sex with people and doesn't let them know about what she has. She told me they used a condom and that she wasn't having a breakout at the time, so the question is there still a chance a guy can catch herpes that way? And if so is it high risk? I'm really worried because I didn't use a condom with him and I had no idea about them having sex until she told me when I told her.

So this morning I got a letter from the health department & it said to call their number asap concerning my health. I've had chlymadia twice.. & I took a hiv test back in march. & I don't know If someone reported me recently & that's why they are trying to contact me, or if I had hiv or aids. I'm very scared. The last time I took a HIV test it came back negative.
& I haven't took one since.

Genital warts

18 female.
I was diagnosed with warts in November and all of it went about two weeks ago.
Thinking it was all gone I had sex on a night out and not until the next day I noticed a small one just on the inside of my vagina (sorry for the specifics).
Will the guy still get it as it's a really small wart? And will I get more?
It's a horrid matter I know, help would be much appreciated.

I am a 22 year old female and I just contracted genital herpes about 2 months ago. I am taking daily medication for it, and always use condoms, and would never have sex with any present sores. I read that with daily suppressive therapy and condom use, there is about a 1-2% chance of passing herpes from female to male, including shedding.
If it is that tiny of a risk that I would pass it to my current partner, what is the point of telling him I have it? Also, 80% of people who have herpes dont know they have it, and therefore are not taking any medication, making it a lot less risky to have sex with me than just some random girl, especially with such a low percentage of me passing it anyways. So, without lecturing me, please ...

I was recently diagnosed with genital herpes. I am on daily suppressive therapy, and always use condoms. If I have sex with my current partner, and by some chance give him herpes (since it is possible even with a condom..thats how I got it), and then I give him head, am I essentially giving myself oral herpes? Like if he gets it genitally from us having sex, and then basically he gives it back to me orally. Is that even possible to pass herpes genitally to oral in that way? Thanks!

So my boyfriend & I recently discovered we both had chlyamdia. I got it cured. But my boyfriend on the other hand, hasn't yet. He went but they sent him somewhere else, anyways we were messing around we been using condoms since we found out but I was messing around & I was teasing him & didn't think anything of it but I just licked the top of his dick (the head) & just remembered you can get chlymadia through oral. I didn't think about it, but it was literally just a lick. Not a suck or anything. One lick! Lol he didn't cum or anything. Is there a chance I have a chlymadia? Please answer asap!

Anxious Much?

Okay so my new sex partner has been through more than 20 sexual relationships(PROTECTED SEX). And I've been through only 4(also PROTECTED SEX).
So we decided to become sexual partners for the former two weeks. First week was okay and we had UNPROTECTED sex TWICE!
Second week we also had UNPROTECTED sex twice...
I am SUPER scared,nervous,worried and much anxious about HIV,STD,AIDS and whatever STD crap there is to carry...
So does anyone here know, as an expert in this stuff when's the PERFECTLY RIGHT TIME to get an HIV test?
Should I wait 3-6months? Or how long?
Also, don't you think I'm in great danger?

Giving oral and staying safe from STDs

ok hi, so I'm 15 and I decided I don't want to have sex but I don't mind giving oral sex like blow jobs. I am just really scared of STD's and so my question is "is there anything to look for before I do it? Like is there any signs that this person has an STD" this might be a dumb question but I just want to be careful. Please give me your opinion and facts.

pcr and rns hiv test

Could anyone tell me if i can get a pcr and rna test from my own doctor, and approx how much it costs i cant really afford to pay but if this test is as accurate as everybody is telling me then i must have it done, ive had duo antibodies/antigen but these have back negative i dont know how reliable the duo test is after 18 months of exposure with no risks since 04.04.12 18 months ago

I have just had a duo test for hiv/aids after eighteen months and it was negative, also hep b and c negative. But still have
signs ulcers on tongue, slight neck and shoulder rash, dry eyes, anyway consultant has told me that i must forget hiv as this is not the case, she said i have not got hiv, but i feel that i have signs of aids but shes told me to forget it and clear my mind of the thought. Being referred to a phychiatrist fo help with my anxiety and stress thats what consultant from hospital has diagnosed me with. Has anyone else out there had similiar symptoms. She said im not in late or even early stages of hiv, but i said i could of had hiv for a few years and niw its ongoing to late hiv, consultant said im not.. Its really h...
