Aztec tights

For Christmas my aunt got he Aztec tights with a plain black shirt with a pocket. The problem is I don't know what shoes to wear. I have a pair o knee high black boots but idk if they will be school appropriate, comfortable wise.

My other shoes I have that are black are flats
I want to wear a pink scarf but I have no pink shoes

I can't get... cleavage?

I'm 15 and have 38 D breasts and I cant get them to have the effect of a push up bra. (They don't round at the top and they don't go touch together.) It annoys me so much!! My friend has 34 A breasts and hers do exactly what I want mine to do. How can I get them to have that cleavage 'effect'?

Make up and Hair for School Formal

Hello!
I'm 14(freshman)/f and I need help. I have my school's formal this Friday after finals. I'm going with my boyfriend and a few friends. I already got my dress and shoes (a black dress, black flats with a gold buckle) and I have NO IDEA what to do for hair and make-up (this is my first formal.)
I would love some help:
My hair is shoulder blade/mid-back length, brown/auburn very wavy naturally. (it looks good straight or curly, can't decide. Leaning towards straight)
I have a tan complexion and little to No acne.
I have 'very pretty' hazel eyes.
Would smoky-eye look good?

I have a serious problem with my face make up.i use bb cream from garnier,its for light skin,and i put moisturizer before but awlays when i put the bb cream(imuse a sponge) it looks caked,i use really small amounts but it doesnt look blended and i tried,i used a brush after,nothing.i dont know if its important but i have shity oily skin and acne.should i use a different product or? Please help me

Changing things up a little

So, normally, I wouldn't really care much about anything like this at all, but I've realized that a lot of things in life are affected by how you present yourself. I've always just gone with what's been comfortable(jeans, old army tees, band tees, hoodies, cheap button-up shirts, etc.) but I'd like to change things up a little bit.
Just a little though. I'm not going to start wearing a suit and tie, I'm not going to wear my pants at my knees, whatever. I've never been a tool or preppy, and I don't plan on it. I just want to be dressed a little nicer I guess. Something that will make me look a little more respectable as I look at engineering schools, a little attractive, and without pinning me as "nerdy". Yes, I know...

Haircut. yes or no?

My hair has never been much longer than shoulder length...till now. It recently started to grow and is now just starting to go past my chest. I really want to grow it out long.
The only problem is that the bottom inch or so is really dead. Its the longest it's ever been and I really don't want to cut it.
It's not thin but not thick either, I rarely use heat on it and its always up.
Should I cut it or is there someway to bring it back to life without spending much money? If I do cut it, how short?

Hi guys, I am 13 and domt know how to highlight my features. I do care about my appearance but I always just kinda wore what everyone else wore and now it looks really odd because I grow slower than everyone else. So I am short 4 ft 6 and 64 pounds( dont expect you to know exactly what I look like just tring to give you an image. I have short muscular legs, small bust, broad shoulders, and thin, feminine arms. I have a long nose, hazel eyes that people say looks eager and happy, minimum acne but still some, white straight teeth, and curly dirty blond hair. What would best highlight these features? Thx!!!!!!

im getting sick and tired of mom always trying to put me in a suit and tie or tuxedo whatever they call it i mean maybe on occasions i can where but i just dont want her taking pictures of me in it fitting in is not or will it ever be my thing sticking out is better after all im nobody but me so how could i get her to stop that i dont want to wear a tuxedo especially if its about fitting in .

Why do people call me a hipster?

People pick on me and call me a "hipster" because I like to wear vintage clothes, headbands, fedora hats and listen to old music & I'm not into the music being played today. My friends are like this too & they don't consider themselves "hipster". I'm really down to earth and make friends easily. I'm very carefree/laid back. I don't like brand names, I love funky jewelry, always have, and I have an obsession with skulls and vintage items. I'm not sure what a hipster is, but I don't think I am one, but I get called a stupid hipster. Do I sound like a hipster?

I am 13 and I look like a zombie crossed with a nerd. My under eye circles come from genetics and allergies, and are more extreme than you would assume. (Havent seen anyone with worse) I got glasses and I look a lot more attractive since they hide them a bit, but now I look like a nerd. My hair is medium length and boring, my teeth are yellow, my eyes are small, and my nose is big. I know that there is lots of makeup I could use to fix this, but I'm not allowed to. What can I do to look more attractive?
