I just got a test of diabetes and im positive what should i do?

The doctor called me with results yesterday. They won't be able to talk to me about it until next Friday. She said I have diabetes. My mom said I can get rid of it if I eat right and exercise. Is this true or will I have it forever?

I had fingering for the first time

As i told you i had fingering for first time but my boyfriend stays in different place and asked me to do it myself so i tried it for first time but the next i m sick and headache and slight abdomen pain not soo much and throat pain ... Is this normal .. And i didnt washed my hand before doing it 😔

Hello internet,
I come to you in a time of great indecision. My sister was recently diagnosed with aplastic anemia, which is basically bone marrow failure. There are a few treatments for this disease but only one potential cure : bone marrow transplant. As her sibling, I have a 25% chance of being a match and the hospital is going to call me to ask if I'd like to test if I'm a match. The problem, however, is that I have severe anxiety. Especially with doctors and medical procedures. The whole idea of having to have a huge needle stuck into my pelvic bone makes me nauseous. POSSIBLE PNEUMONIA OR BRONCHITIS? ER or DR

so ive had multiple bouts of bronchitis all year last year and here I am sick again...yellow, green and red phlegm is coming out ....should I go too the ER for a chest x-ray or the DR's office where there are no x-ray machines there? my dr told me before if I get bronchitis again, go too the ER for a full chest x-ray to make sure I don't have walking pneumonia.
what should I do?

Tonsil Stone Hidden Behind My Tonsil

Hi, I noticed a tonsil stone a while back so ever since then, I've been checking for them. I found a really deep hole in the back of my tonsil - but also quite small. I've managed to get most of it out but it's like it starts off as a fairly small hole and tapers outwards so I can't get all of it out.
Is there anyway I can get these out myself or should I seek help from my dentist?

Sudden head pains?

Im 19. female. I am having a hard time about my back head sudden pains. Whenever Im laughing hard, or crying hard, talking loudly or I am doing something that requires deep thinking or analysis, I suddenly feel this kind of hot aching feeling on my backhead. I was wondering if I need to consult professionals about this urgently.

My friend is 63 years old and was experiencing noticeable fatigue besides his age. His doctor said he has a 70% blockage in his neck. His doctor prescribed statin and told him to come back in 6 months. 70% blockage seems dangerous. Does he need surgery to clear his neck vein. Should he get 2nd opinion?

Hey i am 17 yrs old....so i began to have a regual menstrual cycle at about 13 or 14 when it started at 12 it was not regular and ever since it became regular i have not missed it. Now however i missed one month and i in the second month and i may not have it . I don't know if this occurred because about four months ago i stop eat all meats but before i only ate fish and eggs as meat ..., i am nervous because i dont talk to anyone about things like this and i am nervous....i lost a little weight which i am going to get back so i started back eating meat but not everyday .... Help please and how can i gain some weight quickly... Oh and i forget i am studying for my last exam in hs so i was wondering if this was a reason ....for my two months...

I have been struggling with skipping breakfast, lunch and trying to eat as small of a dinner as possible for almost two years. I lost 20 pounds got praise and felt great but now people have realized how I've done it and are concerned they want me to eat but i'm afraid I'll gain back the weight that made me chubby again and I have no idea what to do!

Tonsil swelling

Hi guys. Hoping you can help with any info.
It started around 4 months ago.
I felt like I had something stuck on my left tonsil.
I noticed each morning without fail, it was swollen. It takes up half my throat and my uvula ends up sitting on it.
By around midday, the swelling goes down and it looks normal (ish) size.
During the day, it swells and goes down again.
I've noticed there are 2 tiny yellow, crystal looking bumps towards the back of it.
The feeling of something on it is pretty much constant.
I have been to the doctors 3 times.
They tell me they've never heard of this. I was given antibiotics just incase (they didn't help) ...

Random or time to see a doctor

I'm a 23yr old female.
I kind of feel embarrassed to ask this.
My boyfriend and I have been have unprotected sex for a while now, I haven't had a period since January,
I have done a few tests and both come back as negative but my boyfriend still thinks I could be pregnant. This morning (Sunday 8th may) my dad gave a chocolate bar to celebrate his birthday as I don't like eating cake. 5 mins later I found myself running to throw up I feel completely fine in myself, this has made my boyfriend even more convinced that I am pregnant but I am not so sure.
So I am seeking advice, I am worried if I am pregnant as I'm not entitled to maturity leave as I have only just started a new job

help! unusual bleeding

Greetings,
I'm Jane.
I have been bleeding for 3days now and I'm not on period!
We were having sex, and I felt that vagina got cut after sex I was peeing and burning sensation I touched and there was blood. I looked I saw a tiny cuts too. It was burning and bleeding for a day. The next day it wasn't burning anymore but it's still bleeding. put my hand down there and looked at my had and it gushing blood. I had to put a pad on due to the amount of blood that was coming out, the next day i started to get symptom of my time of the month, but it is a little different. I am on day 3 still bleeding and not sure if it because of cut or period( which btw wuld be too early.
How to stop blood? I'm so afraid
Please help me.

please I need help bout this drug Dexamethasone have been taking it for long and I find it difficult to breath, sometimes im scared when things happened and I also find it difficult to eat if try to stop it. what can i use or do to prevent this?
