Kay so in Colorado do you have to have your permit for the full 12 months if you have already completed All your driving hours already and have parental permission to get it early?? Oh and your almost 17

im noticed that ebay sells cars, everyone is telling me that its a bad idea but the ones im looking at are from used car dealerships and they have a 100.00% rating and have had all good commments. is this something i should just forget about or do you think it would be okay?

when i turn on the car it will run good for like 20 minutes after that it turns off and when i try to turn it on it seems like gas doesnt pass, but i alredy change the gas pump 3 times and still does the same problem what else could be?

Mustang symbol

I'm doing a project for my boyfriend who is about to buy an 82' Mustang GT. I need a really good picture of the old style mustang symbol with the red/white/blue stripes behind it. I've tried google and can't get anything really good that's big enough to see it without distorting if it's zoomed. So if you have a mustang with this symbol on it or if you can find one please send me the link! I'll be painting it so I need a front on view of it.

Ok, I'll be turning 16 in March. I know it's a while away, but I already have my permit and I'm planning on getting a hardship. So, I've been kindof thinking about getting a car lately. The thing is, I hardly know anything about cars haha. I know it'll most likely be a used car because 1) It won't be as much of a big deal if I get a dink in it as it would be if it was brand new and 2) I want to help pay for it, but I don't want it to be extremely expensive, for the sake of myself and my parents. So, my question is, what kind of car would you suggest? I'm mostly interested in it's safety features, but I don't want it to be like a minivan or something that's too big for what I'll be using it for. I was thinking about a VMW Beetle, just becaus...

What is cash for clunkers exactly and does my car qualify as a clunker?

Hi there! I am trying to get a better car and my friend asked me if I tried a cash for clunkers thing she heard about on the radio, I think. I haven't heard anything about a cash for clunkers and I was curious if it might be beneficial to me. Can anybody tell me about it?
My friend also said that my car had to qualify for it or something. I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix with over 160k miles. Does it qualify or no?

i have an alpine stereo system in my car, along with this ipod connector cable, http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product_acc.php?model=KCE-422i , that came with the car. i dont have an ipod, i just have all my music saved on a memory card in my phone. is there any kind of adaptor that can plug into the end that you connect the ipod with that has a headset jack connector that will plug into the headset jack on my phone so i can listen to the music on my phone in my car? if that makes any sense.. haha. thanks!

Ok so i recently got a 95 dodge avenger, which is pretty sweet i might add, if anyone knows what they look like, is there something i can cover up the black near the tail lights with? because it goes tailight black reverse reverse tailight and theres black inbetween the two, adn my car is white, is there like a cover i can stick on that?

I'm 17/f and I don't even have my permit. Before you laugh and giggle in your computer chairs please understand that I would rather jump off of a building than drive a car. I've tried the whole empty parking lot, empty field, empty everything, but the second I start the car it's like I tense up. I hate it with a passion, but it's hard to watch my friends out and about with thier liscences (don't care if I spelled that wrong) and I'm still getting rides from my mom. I could have my own liscence right now if it weren't for the stupid panic attacks and the other people driving on the road. How do I get over this? Any one?

Tips for buying a car

I really need to buy a car of my own. I have to go to work every day and my mom is so tired of me using hers. I told my mom I would go out and look at cars soon but I don't know anything!
It'll be my first time buying a car and I don't have a whole lot of money. I figured I would go to a dealer and make payments or something on a decent car. I'm not really looking for shiny and new though. Just something that takes me to work and stuff.
What should I know before going to look at cars? What do I need to check out, look for, ask about, etc? Any tips on buy a car would be extremely helpful!

They do not make this type of car anymore, but i would to love to buy one. does anyone know where i could buy one thats in great shape. please don't say look on Ebay or google because i have tried and there are to many search results.

1996 accord lock problem

I am working on my friends 1996 accord ex.He has a problem with the power locks not working they sound like they want to inguage but no go.Even with the remote does not work. I took the passenger side door switch over to the driver side to see if it was the switch but still the same I can hear a noise from what I think is the door actuater on driver door when you hit the button at first sounds loud like trying to work then gets faint as you continue to hit the button almost like loosing electrical juice. If you give it a rest and start over then again sounds loud then gets lower in sound. So I am lost any ideas or hints as to what is going on please help !
