how accurate can a pregnancy test be?

I had unprotected sex on December 23rd. He ejaculated already once before with oral sex and he ejaculated after he pulled out from sex. There's always a chance of pregnancy after unprotected sex, I'm aware of that but my question is how accurate will a pregnancy test be after these 3 days have passes since intercourse?

I've recently started on the Microgyon 30 Birth Control pill (the reason for this is my irregular periods, 35-38 cycle and contraception) My doctor advised me to take the pill on the first day of my period so I did, however on the 4th day of taking it, I stopped bleeding and I had unprotected sex with my partner. It's now been a week since intercourse and I'm having brown spotting that has lasted a couple of days with quite weird cramping that I would describe as pulling/stretching far below my stomach. I was more than sure I would of been protected as my doctor did say you are instantly protected if you start it on the first day of your period. What are the odds of me being pregnant? I felt cramping not long yesterday & now randomly now stronger for it felt like 15 minutes.. Can you get pregnant after you get your period? I mean I had sex with my boyfriend shortly after but didn't the egg already pass when I got my period? Is it possible the cramps mean I'm pregnant?!?! & my lower back has started hurting a lot too...

My last period was November 8th - November 12th. I had unprotected sex/"pull out method" on 3 of my most fertile days. About 2 weeks ago I started feeling really nauseous and dizzy. A friend convinced me to take a pregnancy test & it came out negative. I still felt a little sick so I took another test a week ago and it came out negative again. Hello, I've last had sex on the second to last day of my period, November 15. You may say gross, but the last few days I am very, very light that it's barely there. That was almost three weeks ago. I realize this is such a common question on here but I have looked everywhere else on the internet and nothing really made sense, so I'm hoping someone here might have their own experience and be able to give me some insight.
Okay so my period is very regular. I'm not on birth control but my period happens around the same time each month. As of today though, I am 8 days late. That's extremely abnormal for me. Instead, I've had a white to sometimes very light brown discharge. Besides my breasts being mildly sore, I don't think I have any other symptoms of pregnancy. Ok so im kinda very worried, well have been for about a week or two. So im 14 and i rhink i might be pregnant, but the problem is im still a virgin. I know its probably not posble but i read online on a different medical website its possible for sperm to be on a toilet seat and transfered that way and like 2-3 other possible answers. Im showing all the possible signs of early pregnancy and im pretty late on my period. I dont want to tell my parents yet because it might just be something else or nothing and i dont want to scare them so im seeking medical advice before i ask to take a pregnancy test.

So I'm on the pill, but I have missed quite a few days, I started my period the 10th an got off the 16th, I had unprotected sex the 18th, an after a day or so I was bleeding slightly.
I looked on an ovulating calendar an it said the 18th I was fertile. Is any of the slight bleeding or anything a strong sign of me actually being pregnant, or is there a higher chance then the normal risk?
