Severe Acid Reflux/Gerd help

My best friend has severe acid reflux. She has it as a result of an incident that happened about 5 or 6 years ago that I do not know all of the details for, but I think it resulted in holes starting to form in her stomach? I am not completely sure, regardless she has severe acid reflux as a result that started really affecting her close to 3 years ago.
It os bad enough that if she throws up and if she throws up it will burn any skin it touches and leave blisters that can last anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks.
It also causes her severe daily pain. She broke her foot and walked on it for hours without shedding a single tear, but her GERD will have her in tears if she doesn't have her medicine in time.

Appendix surgery and menstruation

I had appendicitis about ten days ago, but only it was but got surgery six ago since it was a rather complicated case. I am due on my period starting tomorrow, and don't know whether or not it could get affected. My period isn't very consistent, but it usually is early rather than late. I have not shown any symptoms yet, and that concerns me, since I usually have severe abdominal pain right before my period begins. I am afraid that it may begin and I might confuse that pain with something being wrong with my surgery, since my body has taken too well to be true to it so far. Can my period be messed up after I have appendix surgery?

Alopecia

I haven't gone to see a doctor yet, but I think I may have developed alopecia (areata). Has anyone had alopecia or knows anyone who's had it? Can it be cured?

Dieting

Hello, I'm 14 5'0 and 100 pounds, I plan on losing weight so i can be 90 pounds or even less. I've been doing this by counting calories, skipping breakfast, and lunch as well. So for a while I've been keeping my calorie count below 500 and not eating any junk food. Sometimes, however, it is really hard to not eat. Usually what happens is for most of the week I don't eat but then one day I cave in and end up binging. I've been doing this since the Summer and I've been seing the results I want but I'm hoping to get rid of this whole binging shit so I could lose more weight faster. Unable to move while waking up

I'm a 14 year old female. Early this morning I was about to wake up-my dream was concluding and I went to open up my eyes. However, suddenly I was frozen in place and unable to move anything. Everything around me was brown and I began to hear two male voices telling me I'd "never get out of this." My initial reaction was to call for my parents but I was unable to make any sound. This only lasted a minute or two but it was extremely scary. I really don't understand what happened and why it happened but I'd really like it to not happen again, so does anyone know about this kind of thing?

Dad blaming me for dental woes when he didn't take me to the dentist?

I'm 23 and just went to the dentist today for the first time since I was 14. Of course the dentist found about 8 cavities in various stages. I do brush my teeth twice a day and regularly whiten them so he didn't find much plaque and there's only two serious cavities, but I still need to take care of them all. Some of them are the same cavities I had when I was 14 that my dad never got taken care when I was a child and that really makes me feel sick.
I know there are people who never had the money or good fortune to go to the dentist so I'm lucky that he took me at all. However, I'm still feeling very frustrated because he did have the money, he always just wasted it on other stupid things and now I'm paying for it with my he...

Should I be tested for lupus or am I overthinking it?

I work in healthcare managing patient reports so I see a lot of diagnosis. Lately I've been wondering if I should be checked for lupus. My reasoning is that my Aunt has lupus, but when I looked it up it said it's not really genetic, but does show signs of running in families.
I was looking at the symptoms and feel like I have a lot of them.
The first one is fatigue, I'm always super tired and can't explain why. I can sleep for 10+ hours and still be exhausted and want to go back to sleep. I frequently take naps half way through the day. I usually just figure it's because I work a lot and go to school too so I'm more stressed than usual.

Irritation in between my thigs

Hi, I am 18 years old boy and everything was going normal when one day while bathing I discovered that my testicles were bigger and I was surprised that they were not so big a few days ago and since then I am feeling very uneasy while sitting, walking and running as it is very irritating for me as they rub in between my thigs while sitting, walking or running,is it normal? Please advice.

What causes internal bleeding in a persons stomach?

My grandmother had a stroke back in January 2017. She was in and out of the hospital for bleeding and other problems. Now they're saying that she's bleeding again internally again. THey sent her home and told her to take her medication. Is it because of the stroke she had earlier this year? What do they do to stop internal bleeding?

Bad body odor

I have a bad body odor and its been an extreme problem for me ever since high school . I would take a bath at night and I would also take a bath the next morning when I got up for school . I would also put on deodorant and then bring it with me and add more on through out the day and keep it in my purse . I still do this now that I am 28 years old ,but the problem is that I still stink and every deodorant that I have tried doesn't help any. What should I do?

Can type 2 diabetes be reversed?

My doctor diagnosed me with type 2 diabeties because my a1c was 6.5. My grandmother had diabetes was diagnosed with diabetes and she got rid of it.
But he also said I was Pre-diabetes? I don't really get it. Can it go away if I eat right and exercise? He prescribed me metmorfin.

Braces and spacers

I just got spacers yesterday I've been avoiding hard food and eating stuff like mash potatoes but one of my spacers is really loose and I don't get my braces for like 4 more days what do I do they told me it's rare for them to fall out but if they do don't worry I just don't want to swallow them in my sleep and it slides a little I've been very careful is it already ready to come out tbh I just want to take all 8 of the metal things out

Constantly red in the face?

As the title says, my face is constantly flushed. I tried looking it up myself, but all I found are articles on why our face flushes when we exercise. This isn't just with exercise, this is all the time! People will tell me I'm blushing all tge time for no good reason. It foes get worse when I'm exercising though. After I'm done I literally look like a tomato. And it sticks afterwards. Even after I've caught my breath, and I'm feeling chill, in still extremely red. I'm not at the best weight, but I wouldn't say I'm moribly obese. I like to move, even if I don't get out much. Whenever I look around, people have a normal face, while I'm really red. Even the people who are bigger or have done more exercise than me! This is starting to get real...

As stated in the title, I'm 24.
I was in and out of sleep this morning, my alarm had already gone off and I had hit snooze several times. Then I started dreaming and before I know it I was dreaming I was on the toilet, doing my business. Then I felt REAL wetness and woke up immediately to find myself actually peeing the bed! I was absolutely horrified and immediately pulled up the sheets and threw them in the washer.
Now I'm terrified this will happen again.
However, I also think it might be because last night I had three bowls of tuscan bean soup and 3/4 of a bottle of water before I went to sleep. I've never eaten more than two bowls, but I was being lazy and didn't want to store the rest or throw it a...

I found out that lately, I started belching frequently, and I haven't been able to go to toilet like I do everyday, I also feel like vomiting. my stomach also tends to be big until I'm able to pass out poop... I have no idea what is wrong, i was told its constipation and i've been using Liver salt but it is not working. what can I do??

Almost a month ago , I found s lump in my arm pit so I went to my doctor and she said it was a boil and prescribed an antibiotic it eventually went away. Then I found another under my right breast. I showed it to my doctor when I went to my follow up about the boil under my armpit and she did s breast exam and asked if I had breast cancer in my family and honesty I don't know. Now it is leaking blood and sometimes it's red and other times it's orange. Help
