sleeping disorder

i don't know what's wrong with my sleep. i am a night owl and a late riser.but sometimes i just skip my office due to oversleeping. it not like that i don't hear alarm buzzing. inspite of keeping it on snoozing i repeatedly dismiss the alarm and convince myself its not important and go for another round of sleep that lasts not less than 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon.its not that i haven't tried but in the morning i am just a changed personality no matter how rigidly i take oath before going to bed, in the morning i end up convincing myself the other way. i don't get time for breakfast and lunch.and after waking up i feel guilt and depressed about myself... i am kind of fade up of my sleep. doctor prescribes me with sleeping pills for better...

Leg bothers me when I want to sleep

It's not very frequent and fairly irregular, but sometimes my leg bothers me, usually the left but sometimes both, when I'm trying to sleep. It's a weird tingling, ticklish sensation, but not the sort of tickle that feels good. It doesn't hurt, but it makes it almost impossible to get comfortable and sometimes leaves me crying from frustration and irritation. It usually occurs in the area directly around my thighs where they joint to my pelvis, but sometimes happens in my knees too. I don't think it's restless leg syndrome, but not really sure. I'm female, 16, almost 17. Thankyou!

Is it bad to squat at my desk all day?

I find it much more comfortable to sit in a squat position at my desk. I sit with my feet on my chair, my knees level with my chest, my bum actually touching the chair and my back leaning against the backrest. Is this going to damage me at all? My legs tend to ache a bit but when that happens, I get up and wander around for a bit every so often. I just wondered if this position long term will have a negative effect on my body.

Foundation for dry skin

For all those make up experts out there- I need your help! I am currently on tretinion gel for my face which is an acne medication. It is making my skin super red, blotchy, dry, and flaky (which is the process of it). Is a liquid foundation or a powder foundation better for dry skin? Which foundation do you prefer when having dry skin that actually works, and still covers everything without drying my skin out even more? Thanks in advance!

Prevent meth from being detected

Hi I did use meth like 2 months ago while I was so depressed. I used it twice already. I'm 18. This April will be my interview for a university I'm applying and then I'll have a drug testing after it. I'm worried i might get detected in using meth. How to prevent this? I mean, what to do or what to tke? Thank you.
P.s: I also smoke weed once a week and applying to medschool

2 weeks late on my period

I have sex for the first time 4 weeks ago. Used a condom but he didn't get the chance to release anyways because someone walked in. I am now 2 weeks late on my period and it's literally impossible to be pregnant. Sometimes I feel like it's about to happen but it's always a false alarm. Please help me figure this out..

I have had my belly button pierced for almost 4 years now, and just today I have noticed it itches and it slightly painful when I sit down. I wasn't sure if it was because of my high waisted jeans I was wearingbor what. I don't think it's rejecting since I have had it for four years! Please help

Wisdom teeth painkillers

I had my wisdom teeth out about a week and a half ago and am still feeling some pain and swelling. The bottom two were impacted. I was prescribed painkillers (percocet I think) and haven't finished the whole bottle yet. I'm still taking them but one a day instead of every 4 hours. Is it okay that I'm still taking them over a week from the surgery. I figure if they prescribed me that many I should take them as needed until they're gone right? I'm just paranoid that my body will develop an addiction if I drag it out too much longer. The pain is still bad but not as severe as the first couple days. For instance right now I'm laying awake in bed and my jaw and bottom gums are killing me.My mom keeps saying to not take them unless the pain is ab...

Why do people care so much about when I sleep?!

I like to stay up at night and sleep during the day. I wish sometimes that I could sleep all day, but for some reason people act like I just killed their entire family if I sleep past 11am.
I don't understand why it's such a huge freaking deal? I still get everything I need to get done and more, I just do it at night instead of during the day.
In fact, I think it's way easier to do things at night because you're not constantly waging war against mobs of people to get your grocery shopping or other errands done. I mean when I have to go to work or class I still get up for that, but as an adult I feel like it's my right to make my own schedule! Most of the time I wind up awake by 10am anyways because if I sleep...

Vaginal Discharge

I'm a female who is 15 years old and having vaginal discharge. I am wondering if this is normal, because I have had vaginal discharge every day since I was 11 years old.
However, it has gotten to the point where I am constantly wet all the time and the smell can become horrendous. The discharge starts off white but becomes crusty and yellow as the day passes. It isn't chunky and my vulva isn't itchy.
Is this normal? I know you're not a doctor but I appreciate your help nevertheless.

I'm scared for my teeth with anorexia

I'm 13 years old, anorexic. Don't tell me things like "Don't do it" or "you're too young" cause if so then please not to be rude but I don't need your help. So I'm getting braces soon and I'm afraid that anorexia might ruin my teeth since I'm running low on nutrients and that it will make them loose and have gaps. So should I get braces later when I'm fully recovered or now? Like I don't want the 2 years of braces to go to waste if anorexia will ruin them afterwards so I need advice on wether what I should do....????? Hey I am 14 years old and I recently went to the doctor and got blood drawn. My doctor said my white blood count was high might be of an infection. So I did have a sinus infection a while back and never took any medicine for it. I just let it pass by. So I was wondering is that the problem. Or do I have an infection down there. My mother was asking me about my discharge and color. And I recently looked at my discharge and it was a whiteish color and kinda thickish. So is that a sign or anything.

I started wetting the bed at college, its been a few times a week recently and Im worried my roommate will find out with the constant wet sheets. I don’t drink alcohol andI’m healthy. What can I do to avoid any embarrassment? Ive been to the doctor and they don’t know what the cause is.
