Do i need to remove my tonsils

I have a bad sore throat it hurts every time I sallow. Also I get a sharp pain in my ears. I have no fever or any other symptoms. I have taken some medicine to see if it will go away but it doesn't. Do I need to have my tosils removed?

keep fainting

Well I've been fainting lately and been feeling so sick! I think its because of the laxatives(I do modeling so I take it so I don't get fat)but I wanted to know can you faint from something that's really bothering you. My twin brother died from cancer and its really getting to me and someone has been sending my friend naked pictures of me and of me sleeping and I don't know how they got it so yeah that's what's bothering me just wanted to know could it be that also?

Hi, so I'm 13 years old and I know that puberty and all that stuff is beginning and everything for everyone. But I'm so tired of school. I don't want to go to school anymore and show up because the people I go to school with seem so fake to me like all they care about is how cool they are and they're looks. I just try and be me and every says I'm popular (what ever that means) but it bugs me. I met these 2 people and they're so amazing to me and they help me but they're moving next year and the thought of that absolutely devastates me. Anyway, my parents argue a Lot now, friends are starting to turn on me, I lost my best friend 3 years ago and I feel lost. I cut my self now really really deep till it bleeds because I hate myself. Bunch of random problems

Hi, I'm 18 years old and female, from Australia. Ok so I have lived with some symptoms that may or may not be related to each other for years. They are inconvenient and sometimes embarrassing. I'm just fed up really, and any advice would be appreciated.
Here is a list:
1. Red skin. I blush very easily on my face. I also get red skin on my neck, arms, stomach, chest and even legs if I'm very hot. Some triggers of redness include heat, cold, wind, embarrassment, anger, excitement, hot food/drink, alcohol, or touching my face too much.
2. Extremely sensitive skin. Probably related to redness. For example, I can't use hair removal cream, as it gives me a rash. When I shave I get bumps easily. When I pluck my eyebrows they ...

ulcerated uterus

Hi, ive just been to my doctor and had a pap smear he told me i have an ulcerated uterus. Could u tell me what this is? How it happens also what happens now, and what it means for me as im currently trying for a baby. Is it still possible to concieve. Im very confused as he just said he would send me to a gyno which could take months. Any information would be great help

Leg/back pain at night

So I have this problem which seems to be at night usually..my lower back hurts and tightens up along with my leg muscles. I have a problem with a vertebrae on the top of my back but that seems to be different but this is constantly almost everynight in my lower back in the center and the back of my whole legs. In thinking either restless leg syndrome or fibromyalgia maybe? Please help this sucks

First off, I know that nobody here is a doctor. I'm asking this question solely for an opinion of someone who may have had or know someone that had what I do right now and to have an idea of what's wrong before I can get to an actual doctor.
I'd also like to say I don't have asthma and I've never really had allergies and I've lived in a home with a smoker for 18 years but I spend most of my time in my room that is smoke free aside from candle burning.
I noticed around last week while our power was out because of Hurricane Sandy that every once in awhile, my throat would sort of close up or get blocked and I'd have some trouble breathing properly. It would sound kinda like I was wheezing when I exhal...

Is it allergies or am i sick?

So for the past couple of days I have been really stuffed up. I cant breathe through my nose and my throat hurts really bad. I dont have a fever and otherwise I feel okay. It's worse in the morning when I wake up. Then as the day goes on I take Sudafed and Ibuprofen and that seems to help a bit. Is it allergies or does it sound like I have a virus or cold?

Dealing with Kidney Failure Possibility

I'm scared to death right now. I've been having these weird symptoms since friday that I found out could be kidney failure. I had a kidney infection recently that I'm afraid I waited too long to get help for. I'm really, really freaked out and I need my mom to go to the doctor with me, but they're not open until tomorrow. Should I ask her to take me to the emergency room? How am I gonna tell her? She's been through sooo much and she doesn't deserve this. Do you think she'll be mad at me for this? Would you still love your kid the same if they gave themself kidney failure?

How to cure ear infection..

Alright so 13/f and I have had an ear infection 3 times this year and I got back from the cottage and I think I have another.. Last time I went in they told me there was some kinda bubble on my ear drum and I need to know how to prevent the infection before I see a doctor because I cant get in until wednesday =/ Advice?

My feet look horrible! - dry skin from chilblains?

I was away on a residential trip a few weeks ago and came back with insanely itchy toes. This goes beyond your average itch; they were literally itchy all the time, and it was impossible to ignore. I spoke to my mum about it, and she thought it might either be athletes foot or chilblains. They're not itchy any more, I think it healed after I learnt to resist scratching my toes and it went away. The only problem is that I've got horrible excess dry skin all over my toes which keeps peeling. It feels and looks disgusting and is making me feel quite self conscious. How can I make my feet look normal again? Would it be a good idea to go and see a doctor about it, even though I'm not having any itching symptoms any more? Thank you!x

My life has been a little more than rough and I slip in and out of depression on a regular basis..
When I was only 4 or 5 my parents split... My father was mentally, physically, and verbally abusive to both me,my sister, and my mother. Fatigue, constipation, blood from rectum

I am very fatigue and I am bleeding from my rectum. My blood pressure is 150/72 but my biggest fear is how tired I am all the time and I am so constipated and when I do go I start to bleed and I even get blood clots I am 50 yrs. old I eat properly but I feel like I get backed up my stool is dark and it hurts when I go I am embarrassed to talk to anyone about my problem. Could I have thyroid problems or can it be ulcers what kind of doctor do go to. I also do not have any sexual desires anymore. I am very confused and if I could get any help....Thanx

Tonsils infected causing my mouth and gums get infected?

I've been sick all week with my tonsils infected so bad my temp has been over 103 everyday this week Sunday-Thursday I went to hospital got somewhat better but that whole time I couldn't eat or drink around Tuesday my gums started to hurt and dry up and bleed and now they all hurt now I brushed and scrubbed them and they are killin more. Also my tounge and mouth are all bumps and scabs..is it possible to get infected like that from my tonsils? I hope it goes away I had good teeth.

help me. aide pain and vaginal burning

Hello for about a week now I have had side pain and burning. gynecologist tell me was that it was vaginosis. Urine show slight blood ni nitrates it was cultured. She gave me metrogel still having bad back left side pain two days later calls me said cultures show ecoli. Now on cipro this is day three still got pain in back and burning.took a home teaat test shows positive. Do yout think its a yeast infection.thanks lulaboyd74@gmail.com
