Condoms are only about 80% effective when worn correctly not 98%. So the chances of you being pregnant are somewhat slim. Now the bigger question is this one.

How well do you know your boyfriend. Guys are playing a nasty game by poking pin holes in the condoms making them effectively useless for pregnancy protection. You need to ask yourself if your boyfriend is the type of guy to do this to you. Because guys are doing this I would suggest to you any other girl that you not the boy supply the condom and that you put the condom on him. Doing this assures that the condom has not been tampered with.

No as to missing a period. More periods are missed due to anxiety and stress over pregnancy then pregnancy itself. The best thing to do is to take a home pregnancy test and put your mind at rest. IF the test is negative you should be able to relax and your period will return.

When you use a condom, there is a 98% chance that you WON'T get pregnant. However, that leaves a 2% chance that you will. It's definitely possible, but if you're missing your period there's always other factors to consider: stress of thinking you're pregnant, is a very common reason why women miss a period every so often. Spotting happens in-between periods sometimes and is not a clear sign that you are pregnant, as for the bleeding that is completely normal and happens sometimes when it goes too far in; believe it or not, it does happen more often than women will talk about. I don't think there's any reason to worry since you were protected but I would leave it a while and wait to see if you have a missed period first. If you do, go see a doctor to find out for sure. For now try to talk to your boyfriend about the possibility so you can plan for it just in case (doctor's appointments, etc.). Don't worry, many women have these concerns and there's no one way to tell that you're pregnant except waiting to see what happens and going to a doctor if you're really concerned. Good luck.

If you had protected sex then it is unlikely but that is not to say it is not impossible. If the condom was damaged in any way or torn then it is possible he may have came inside you without realising especially if he has long/sharp nails and he put the condom on in a hurry.

However, saying this, I am assuming you had sex literally a few days ago and if this is the case then it is far too early to make assumptions on you being pregnant. It takes at least a week for the egg to become fertilised so you'd not have started noticing any real symptoms for up to 4 weeks, sometimes longer. The first sign is usually a missed period. If you are concerned however, you can always visit a clinic and get yourself a morning after pill which is effective for up to 72 hours after unprotected sex (3 days).
