Hey guys !
I'm trying to choose my type of car here and I think having a huge SUV is a great idea, so this may be too typical of me to ask but I really would like to know what do you call the EXACT height/distance between the bottom of the vehicle's door and the ground. Like I need the exact name in order to google it. Yes i need to sit that high off other vehicles xP

Generally, there are a few things that affect being able to provide a specific number for the ground to seat height. This is easily done for things such as with wheelbase, length, etc., but there are variables with seats...
The suspension system of the vehicle, size of the wheels, (15", 16", 17") and that the height of most modern seats can electrically raised or lowered all affect this.
You're certainly right in thinking that an SUV would be the way to go, but you don't necessarily need one of those ridiculous boats. Look at vehicles like the Toyota Highlander, maybe a Honda CRV, etc.
I think that finding just what works for you will be to narrow your choices based on price, features and options, color.... whatever you'd normally look for in a vehicle and then apply Butt-to-Seat to make the final decision.
