Pictures of young (13-15) girls butts (covered)
Hi, Im over 18 I don't want to say how old but ill say I'm over 18 not by much though. But anyways. I saw a couple pictures of girls that were under 18 like between 13-17 that were sexy pictures like of their butts in really short shorts or bikinis or underwear or like highschool cheerleaders up skirt pictures and I kind of grew a liking to looking at them. I'm just wondering before I get myself in trouble..if I were to save any of these pictures to my phone or computer, could I get in trouble? Girls under 18 but none of the pictures are naked or showing any private parts. underwear and bra are the least clothing no nudes. Could I get in trouble if caught with these?

Whether these pictures are pornographic or not; or if they are illegal depends on the manner in which they were taken. Picture taken of females up their skirts without their consent is called "Up Skirting" and is illegal. There are porn sites that cater to this fetish and the pictures are supposed to be of women over 18.
If these pictures are of girls in the ages you write of then they are child pornography as girls of this age are under the age of consent. Any underage girl who willingly participates cannot legally consent to having these pictures taken which makes these pictures child pornography. If anyone you know is sending you these pictures they are guilty of distribution of Child pornography and you are guilty of receiving. All are prosecutable offenses with serious jail time.
My advice, don't save them and if you are receiving them from anyone tell them to stop or unsubscribe from the site.

Images are only pornographic if they are sexually explicit. Therefore images of girls 13-17 which are sexually explicit would be child-pornography and thus illegal to posess. A non-nude picture of a girl, girls or girls and guys together COULD be sexually explicit if it depicted a sexual act, so we could not say non-nude always equals perfrctly legal. Bikinis and short shorts do not make a photo of a girl of say, 15 any more pornographic than if she was dressed in anything else. It would be a poor lookout if a couple of girls taking photos of themselves/each other in their shorts or sexy dresses entailed illegal child porn photos which they could not legally own or share with friends on Facebook etc. You'll not be liable for prosecution for the type of pictures you are describing here. Also, it's not unusual for studios to publish (electronically, or on paper) phots of adult (18+) models in sexually explicit poses and activity who may indeed be dressed as cheerleaders/college girls/in young looking outfits etc. That's not illegal either. Mostly studios use a watermark/logo on their images. Search the name of the studio/publisher if you are in doubt. If their site is slick-looking, with all the legal credentials stated, and has verified credit-card and/or bank transfer facilities for membership then I wouldn't worry about downloading any pics or movies from them if that's your thing. All the models will be 18 or over at the time the images were obtained. Poor quality, badly lit pictures of girls and guys who are pretty obviously NOT models are a complete unknown and you seacrh for, download and posess stuff like this at your own risk. And on your own conscience, because all though they are 'just pictures' there's usually a lot of unhappiness and exploitation that really happened in acquiring them.

Ill have to agree with the other poster here, that although it may not be illegal, it would most likely (in the eyes of others) LOOK illegal or questionable.
There ARE porn sites that cater to their customer fantasy's where you could most likely get something like that, but i wouldnt save any of that to your computer or phone ever.
I also want to encourage you to find another way to get your kicks because this can sometimes be a sort of a "gate way" thing and before you know it you may find yourself doing things to get more pictures where you shouldnt (and i think we all know where im going with this) so i go in to that here.
Also girls who are legal and your OWN age or higher can be just as sexy if not sexier than an underage girl so theres really no reason to seek out photos of minors when you could be a beautiful full figured, fully matured female like a girlfriend thats down with your kinkiness and is ok with it. ; )
You could find a girl that likes to have fun and be naughty as well and be just fine too.

These images are likely not illegal. If they show nothing more than underwear, without any sexual touching or masturbating or anything like that, then they are not pornographic under the law.
But let's be honest here - you are using them as it they were porn. You are getting off to them. So, even tho this isn't criminal, you are sexualizing images of underage girls, which isn't ever gonna be an okay thing.
What's worse, these are likely images that these women did not think would be shared for the sexual gratification of others. Some of the images might even have been taken without their knowledge, or while they were being forced. Some of the images were likely shared despite the young woman's wish they be kept private. That's a terrible, abusive invasion of a person's privacy. You really shouldn't feel okay about other people abusing young women in that way to create these images. Possessing these photos isn't gonna get you thrown in jail, but it's also not moral to actively seek out sexual images of minors, especially any images you have to reasonably suspect were taken and/or shared without their permission.
Your are enjoying the fruits of criminal activity, invasion of privacy, and the victimization of teenagers. That really fucking sucks.
I don't have a problem with porn, but the images you are describing are more likely than not to be unethically created, and I do have a problem with people choosing porn that they know was created via abuse or deceit.
And again, although you probably couldn't be thrown in jail, you can bet anyone who finds photos of underage women in their panties on your phone or computer is gonna know exactly what you were up to. And even if they are generally fine with porn - as I am - they will almost definitely be freaked out that you are seeking out sexual images of girls who have only barely hit puberty.
Porn, in general, is a healthy thing, but the porn you are specifically seeking out, is an unhealthy habit that and you are ignoring the serious ethical issues with the media you are choosing to consume. You should really look for healthier ways to engage with porn and fantasy. Trolling for invasive, abusive or stolen images of minors is not okay.
There are plenty of porn productions that specialize in serving up women who appear very young. It's really not that difficult to seek out ethically produced porn, featuring consenting adults. You just have to care enough to not be an immoral fuck.
