Todays definition of virgin for a female is; Never having her vagina penetrated by a penis. It does not matter how far the penis penetrates, once past the lips of the vagina by definition you are no longer a virgin. So if you wish to remain a virgin by definition. Tell your boyfriend to keep his penis away from your vagina.
PART TWO: Two days prior to you period is considered a safe time for most women to have sex. The reason for this is quite simple. For those women who use the rhythm method for birth control they refrain from sex during the 14 days they are most fertile which is the time during their cycle that they ovulate.
For about 85% of women the time during their cycle that they ovulate is from the 7th day of their cycle to the 21st day. This is when you are most likely to have an egg ready for fertilization. For the other 15 % the can get pregnant at any time including during their period.
This is why it is important for a women to know when she ovulates. There are kits you can purchase at the drugstore that will help you track when you are ovulating. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]
