What hairstyle should I get (Male)?

I have a stupid haircut and i don't look good.
I have no idea what hairstyle would look good for me, but could someone tell me what hairstyle would look best with my face? Every time I've asked this, people have just made fun for how I look; I know I'm ugly, but I just want legitimate advice as to what would look good for me.

First off, You are nowhere near ugly! Second your hair is kind of long in the front. I think you should cut it down a little, (this is just my opinion) but overall I think everything else about your hair is great, it looks really healthy too!

I don't need to look at your picture to know that your self-image is ugly and NOT you. I would get counseling on that. Seriously. You need to see yourself better or no hairstyle on Earth will make you feel better about looks.
That said, visit a hairstylist you like and explain how you feel image wise and ask them what they feel looks good and let them work their magic.

I don't know you so I can't say which haircut is best for you, but just so you know, don't care what people think. If they say that your hair is ugly, ignore them. Follow what your heart says and if you hate it a lot, just wear a hat.

First off I wouldn't say you are ugly, you are a pretty good looking guy so I don't know why you've been told different. I think you would rock the short and spiked hair look

You have what's known as a long or oblong face, which is good because it actually suits a lot of different hairstyles. The biggest problem with your current style is that the sides are really short in proportion to the long, floofy top, which makes your face look longer. You may want to grow out the sides a bit. You could also see about getting the top cut shorter, but I wouldn't go for a buzzcut since those can be risky. You may also try brushing the front down, see how that looks.
If you want someone with legitimate knowledge to tell you what will look good with your face, talk to the person who will cut your hair. Ask them for opinions. They are there to give recommendations, as well as the actual haircutting part.

Ive done just about everything to this crazy hair of mine,colored,perm,cut,dyed it,braided,straightened it.Even got a haircut that made me look like Moe from the 3 Stooges!!

To be honest, I don't think you're ugly at all!
Now I was wondering if your hair is naturally like that or do you style it that way? If your hair isn't naturally like that then you can style it a different way using hair gel, or you can get a haircut. But you don't really look like you need a haircut. Here are some pics I thought you'd like:

You just have to experiment with your hair(SAFELY) and see what suits you best. But in my honest opinion, I think you're hair looks fine. You just need to style it and take care of it and go to the salon for an occasional trim/touch-up.
And if you do decide to dye your hair, go with a lighter color that will compliment your blue eyes.

You're not ugly at all, quite the opposite. You're right about the haircut though, it's a little stupid :). Your current haircut makes your forehead stand out. Maybe consider keeping your current hairstyle because I believe it looks great on you. If not, you could always try a virtual hair makeover where you could try on different hairstyles online to see what you find most flattering on yourself. Either way, don't be afraid to spark your creativity!

Ok well first off your haircut is not that bad - I have seen worse, secondly - you're not ugly and thirdly - it's hair, so the great thing is it grows back! :) I suggest for the time being cut the top a bit shorter so it's not too fly away, and high. Also you won't have to keep up with maintenance. Then just let your hair grow out, cutting the top little by little until your hair is basically all the same length. I'm not sure what kind of hair you have just judging by the photo - thick, thin, curly, straight, wavy etc... But maybe keep it simple next time. The same cut only longer around the sides and shorter on the top. :) I don't know - the other best thing is rock the do you have and be confident! It's not horrible.

A, you're not ugly. In fact, you have some amazing eyes going on.
2, With your facial structure, you can pull off almost anything with short sides... I don't recommend a shaggy look for you.
The problem right now just seems to be that the top is WAY too long... The long top look is in right now, so if you just trim it up and ask the stylist you see for a good way to style it, you would probably be fine...
If you're looking for something completely different... I would ask your stylist. I know men don't like going into a cost cutters without a plan, but that's how my hair gets sorted every single time...
Me: "I dunno what I want. Make me pretty."
Stylist: "Kay."
Or, I go in with a vague idea...
Me: "I want something like this, but not awful."
Stylist: "Yeah, we can do that."
If you just want something to tell your stylist... you can always start with a crew cut, and let it grow out from there, so you can plan something better. Crew cuts are clean, neat, low maintenance, and generally work on any face.

You look ok actually so maybe the people you're asking are making fun of you because they're embarrassed you are asking and don't know how to handle it sensibly. You're not ugly though, get that straight in your head right now!
You've a slightly longer face than wide so maybe the added height of that hairstyle is emphasizing it. You could look at a hairstyle which is flatter at the top to bring out other features. A hairstylist should be able to show you various styles that would suit your face shape. Good luck.

First of all, you're not ugly, you have really nice eyes. Your hair just doesn't suit your face shape, but that's ok, it's easily fixable.
I would recommend something shorter that at least partially covers your forehead.

Is this how Internet culture is now that people have convinced you you're ugly because they can make anonymous rude comments? Or are you looking for people to tell you otherwise? This may not help your self-esteem, but I think it's great--right away your face shape reminded me of Hugh Laurie (House) when he was younger. Since Netflix streamed "A bit of Fry and Laurie," I've found him super cute, so the kinds of styles that look good on him would suit you as well, since you have a long, lean face. So keep it pretty close-cropped, the added height you have now exaggerates the length of your face and isn't necessary. Listen the question goes deeper than haircuts their is a confidence issue on the line.So we men want to be liked and admired by everyone but thats just BS because even if you are the nicest person talking about for example the colour Blue someone will eventually respond with cursing you in some way.But you know what friends i want close to me and girlfriends ones that like me at the beginning not making fun or anything.As i said we want to be liked by everyone so thats why we lose the friends and girls that like us the most because we want to change someone's mind to start to like us.Be yourself and better yourself everyday and you will find or attract people that like you for you because even if the quantaty is little the quality is Giagantic.For the haircut question find for example Ryan Gosling and stick with his hairstyle but i reccomend you finding your own Unique ...

Young man you are FAR from ugly. With those blue eyes and dimples you are one the cutest boys I've ever seen! I think you look like a young Zac Efron.I will agree however that hairstyle has to go! It is too Justin Beiber-ish! Find a hairstyle you admire either on a friend or search for boys haircuts online. Try to find a model who has a face shape like yours. Print out the picture and take it to the salon. If you have naturally curly hair then it is best not to try a straight style or vice versa. The stylist should be able to give you a similar cut and explain what product you need to maintain it. I don't know who is making fun of you but believe me it is only because of the hairstyle not because you are ugly!Good luck!

You're not ugly. You have what's called a wide/high forehead. I have one too and I was teased for a while about it by various people. If you're looking for a way to change up your look, have a hairstylist trim off the top a bit. Or you can do what I did and get a fringe (bangs in the US). That will massively change your look and draw attention from your forehead to your nice eyes.

Hon, you are definately not ugly. You have a handsome face and very striking blue eyes, or at least they looked blue on my computer. Either way, still expressive eyes.
The problem with your current style is that you have a long narrow face. there's nothing wrong with your face, thats its natural shape. So any cut that brings the hair straight up as yours is, only visually continues that up and down visual line making the face seem to be even longer than it is.
It seems that you may have thick hair which is good if you could grow it out and have some at the sides visible to bring the visual view away from vertical to more horizontal so you have a more balanced look.
If your only hair is just at the top section and nothing on the sides, the only remedy is to get the buzz cut, shave it all off and wait for it to all grow out evenly all over. Once it is long enough to do something with, go into a hair cutting salon and ask to see books of examples of haircuts for males with long narrow faces.(its costs nothing to look and get ideas and get the opinions of hair stylists.)
If you are asking friends and others who don't do this thing for a living, they are not going to have a clue and be unable to help.
All young people worry about their image and lack self confidence, don't worry dear, you are a very good looking guy. Just remember that we all are always more critical of ourselves than others will be, barring a few peers who are still immature and havent grown up yet. I am in my fifties and can say that throughout my life, I had short bouts of feeling self conscious about how a new haircut or outfits looked on me. Its normal to be concerned on how to present ourselves in a way that shows off our attributes in the best way, like a painting is enhanced by the frame it is put in. We have to take into account, our skin color, our body shape, hair color, eye color, and even our personality. Wearing a style that suits your personality is important as well. It takes time but we learn all that over time if we are paying attention.
