Hi. I would like to make oreo truffles for mother's day and my option is no cream cheese because it is high of fat and not good for my mom. So any ideas on what to replace the cream cheese? Could I use whip cream, condensed milk or butter? Pls any ideas? Thank you

Furthermore, anything like milk or cream won't work, because it would be the wrong texture. Cake balls use cream cheese, frosting, or some combination of the two to keep everything together and make the ball shape.
You could try using low-fat cream cheese. Make sure the brand you choose just uses lower-fat dairy and doesn't use any gross ingredients - I've had good luck substituting Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat in cheesecake recipes.
Since this is a treat for your mom, I don't see a problem using real, full-fat ingredients. It's an Oreo truffle. Not even remotely healthy - might as well use real ingredients and make 'em taste good!
If you're worried you'll all eat the whole batch, make a half batch, and maybe look into cooking a delicious yet healthy dinner to eat your truffles with. I'm sure your mom would appreciate a meal cooked by you!
