How do I get rid of all this acne that came out of nowhere?

Question Posted Monday April 14 2014, 10:53 pm

I seem to have the most acne for my age. The thing is I eat healthy compared to other kids ( not too many processed foods) and I exercise and wash my face and use organic facial scrubs with nytric ( idk how to spell it) acid. I guess I am sorta stressed but not put under the pressure that other kids are. WHAT IS GOING ON I had a clear zit free face last year and now, well now there's acne on my forehead and both cheekbones. I have tried using salt it doesn't work and the the acid stuff just prevents . My parents won't let me get prescription because my moms against drugs( she thinks everything can be solved by eating vegies) WHY ARE ZITS POPPIN UP AND HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM thx 😘

I'm experiencing your problem too sweetie and it's really tiresome. Uhm well I apology for late answer cuz it's hollyweek and i abstain using net.

Alright, let me tackle first the causes of your acnes. Sleep deprivation, stress, dehydration, anxiety, pollution and allergies.

2nd, to prevent or get rid of zits, you can safely use organic products. However be aware of some of the ingredients of it as it can cause you allergies.

One of some ingredient of some facial products is the Nitric Acid. I started to avoid this when I found out through my studies that it is not good for the skin.

Nitric Acid is not good for you because it is corrosively toxic that burns your skin while you are under the sun and also it causes burns.

Here are some natural solutions for pimples and I've been using these til now.
Eat alot of vegetables especially green leafy ones. Consume alot of fruits especially orange as it has citric acid and vitamin C that are good for skin. Also, blend a green banana (if no green ones you can have any other) with any kind of tomato(I prefer globe tomatoes coz its high of vit C and tomatoes have lycopene which is anti-oxidant). Blend them in a blender and then apply to your face for 30mins before you sleep then rinse thoroughly. Do it atleast twice a week.

Also don't use astringents for facial toners because your skin is still very sensitive. I prefer using mild toners and toners that is appropriate for your skin and age.

Also you must drink milk everyday especially before you sleep as it helps to regenerate your skin cells in face. Keep hydrated always and drink plenty of water to flush away toxins in your body. Drink also green tea and why not drink tomato juice?

Keep your hair away from your face as possible and also sweetie, if you are using make-ups, use the ones that have natural ingredients. Sleep 9-10 hours a day. Do regular exercise (yoga) and observe a healthy lifestyle.

And also sweetie, I'm hundred percent agree with your mom that you must use all natural and eat veggies. Refrain synthetic drugs for your acne and avoid pills for getting rid of zits as your still way too young. All can be solved for natural ways. ;)

I hope this still will help. Goodluck.

I know i answered when you asked me already but I just want to be sure you get this, I think it will help a lot. :) ... Trust me I've been there... Great face cleaning products are proactive and sephora I have used both and they work fantasticly! Also when I start to break out I put toothpaste on the acne before I go to bed and sleep with it on. By morning after I wash it off its usually always much smaller, less red and just looks better overall. And if your mom is against drug prescriptons ask to go to a sprouts its an all organic store and go to the beauty section they have things you can try. If you don't have a sprouts near you then look around usually if there's an organic food store they have organic ways of clearing up the face. Also a couple years ago when I was little I noticed if I put like a sticker for instance on the acne and left it there all day and by the end of the day it was small and less red too. Its because its closing it off. You could be getting acne for all sorts of reasons like; greasy food, your ph levep not being balanced, stress, dirt, makeup and probably more I cant think of now. Oh if your wearing makeup then try to tone it down some because makeup is basically a mask on ur skin. Really good makeup I love to use is clinque its really natural looking but let's say you wear mac makeup yeah sure it looks amazing but it closes up your pores and basically your face can't breathe and you will probably break out. Oh and sweat if you have been active lately and sweating a lot then you use your hand or something not clean to wipe it off you can break out. There is another way to get rid of acne involving honey I believe and other things I can't remember though. But if you want other ideas to try then try looking up home remedies of clearing up acne they all pretty much work.
Good luck :) I hope it all works out !

Dear Writer,
I understand how frustrating acne can be I myself had a clear face for a while when I was younger. I started getting acne the older I got, and still have trouble getting it to go away. I use Dermalogica products. I would also recommend not to touch your face what so ever it doesn't help. I also know that they recommend to not pop your zits if possible, but if you must wash your hands and face before and after. The most important thing to remember is to stick with your face washing routine morning and night and make sure to use moisturizer if you don't your face can get to dry and start to produce excess oil which you don't want. Also make sure to use an exfoliator once a month which will help to remove any dry skin dirt and oil. You can also use a face mask I loooove those so much. I hope I helped.
Sincerely, ~MESACHICK51~

Lemon? Lemon is acidic and honey is antibacterial. Try using it as soap.
However, I recommend washing your face in the morning and the evening. BUT don't ALWAYS use the scrubs. Maybe alternate. Because, using too much of the stuff will dry out your face and it'll over compensate by going extra oily. Try not to wear makeup (if you are a girl/or if you do that ;D ), and keep your hair out of your face.
....Hmmm... depends, tbh, acne is just something a lot of us face, (ahahaha see what I did there) but if it gets really bad, like [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) some of these poor people... drugs are sometimes recommended. Sometimes injections!
But if its mild, its fine. It'll clear up on its own. Don't pick it!

Dragonflymagic answered Tuesday April 15 2014, 2:16 am:
I can't remember where I found it, but recently came across info that says massaging the lymph nodes of the face, neck and upper chest can help the lymph nodes to carry away and flush out of your body any toxins or whatever it is causing the acne.
This is all natural. These nodes are throughout our bodies and rather than have to know a specific exact spot, if you look up videos on line for regular facial massage, I couldn't see anything different from lymph node massage. So learn how to massage your face and neck and it should help to at least improve it if other things are still affecting it or if thats the only problem there was, should get rid of it. Hope this helps you. I'd be curious to hear back how it works for you.

There are many reason zits can be popping up and I don't recommend salt? Hormones are the main reason. I didn't start getting any type of pimple until I got pregnant with my first child my hormones were just out of wack. I went to school with a girl who's acne was so bad but she put a smile on and got threw it. Keep washing your face stay away from caffine especially chocolate!!! I know it stinks but I swear I take one bite and get two pimples. Neutergena on the spot you can get it at Walmart or other drug store don't give up or keep switching use the same product for a bit. They always say it gets worse before it gets better give it a few weeks follow the directions. Good luck and don't be embarrassed every one gets pimples some worse than others unfortunately
