Hi everyone! I am a Jewish girl, so I guess you know why I am asking this question. :( Is there a way to see what your nose will look like after you go to a doctor to get it fixed? I don't want the surgery if it isn't going to be the perfect nose when I am done! Please help me?

Some may even have computer programs that can generate a before and after picture. Just remember medicine is not an exact science and there is no guarantee.
The doctor never knows for sure what they will find until they are actually operating. I would say that most of the time the operations go exactly as planned and the patients are happy with the outcome.
To make sure you get the best outcome make sure to choose a Plastic surgeon who is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. In many states any doctor who has done a rotation in plastics during their residency can do plastic surgery. A Board Certified Surgeon is a doctor who has spent an extra year in a Fellowship learning to be a Plastic Surgeon and passed all the tests to be certified by the college of Surgeons.
Most nose jobs are expensive about $7,500 and up depending on how much needs to be done. Plastic surgery is not covered under insurance unless it is the needed as a result of illness, accident or birth defect. Unfortunately a Jewish nose does not fall in any category.
To be honest all the women in my family have Jewish noses, stands to reason since we are Jewish. I would not touch one of them with a scalpel as each is unique in their own right. They are all married now and not one had any trouble attracting boys or their husbands.

However as in the hair example, some hair is fine, some thick, some frizzy, and it doesn't matter how the hair is cut, it will not produce the exact results wanted.
There is no 100% guarantee you will get what you imagined and wanted in the end. It will be different, but will YOU like it?
You said girl, not woman. I don't feel young folks should be getting plastic surgery and yet so many do because they feel inferior to what the media portrays as the perfect and attractive, sexy woman. Facial structure in teens can still change quite a bit from now to lets say mid twenties and from there to older adult. I still had a baby face in my early twenties. If your mind is set on getting it done, then at least wait until you are older to see if you reconsider. Once I grew into my face, my big 'jewish' nose didn't seem to be as big a deal anymore. Another thing, I gained self confidence too.
If the reason you are having it done is because you feel that with your current nose you are not as attractive to men, think again. What one person considers to be a "too large" nose is actually a matter of personal taste, same as one's preference in the hair color or height of someone in the opposite sex, etc.
Two popular actresses right off the bat that come to mind are Barbra Streisand and Sarah Jessica Parker, both with large prominent 'jewish' looking noses. It never stopped them from being considered beautiful.
What men find more attractive in woman than their looks is self confidence. Their are happy and content with their looks, they know what they want out of life and what they want in a guy and they won't settle for less. They have a great mind. They know they won't appeal to 100% of the men out there but they know they can catch the eye of a good majority of them.
I have the jewish nose, am in my mid fifties and still catch the eyes of many men no matter where I go.
My vote is that you keep the beautiful nose you've been given. At the least, study makeup tricks to make it appear smaller such as when you want to wear your hair up and don't have the hair down to keep things in balance.
I've read that Anne Hathaway has a large nose but it doesn't stick out because she has overly large eyes and thick eyebrows to balance things out.
Find ways to create balance and you'll be fine. [ Dragonflymagic's advice column | Ask Dragonflymagic A Question ]
