What can I say except I feel weird? Sometimes my heart feels like it is going to beat out of my chest and other times it is fine. Can a young person even have a heart attack at all? Please tell me what you know because I am scared of dying. Please?

In this case, based on what you have written it sounds more like an anxiety attack. Since you appear to be having them frequently you should see your doctor about them. There is medication the doctor can give you to lessen these attacks. The doctor may also recommend talk therapy with a clinical psychologist to get at the root cause of what is causing these attacks. This would be a good idea.
Anxiety attacks are not normal and can have a bad effect on your overall effect. See your doctor as soon as possible and follow the doctors instructions. While there ask to be screened for depression. I don't think you are but anxiety attacks are one symptom of is anxiety depression. IF you are already at the doctors why waste the trip, let the doctor check this out as well. It is a painless test consisting of a bunch of questions the doctor will ask you. From your answers the doctor can determine if you are or tending towards depression. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]
Never2bAlone answered Thursday February 27 2014, 11:02 pm: A heart attack can have radiating pain down the left arm and tightness in the chest with varying amount of pain which is different for everyone. I've seen people have heart attacks and they kinda jerk backwards. Some don't even realize they had an attack. Although it's not common young people certainly can have a heart attack and any number of other serious heart conditions. Please go see a doctor right away. While hopefully it may not be anything serious you wont know without getting it checked out. If you don't have insurance go to the emergency room. They have to help you if you are in the United States. I'm not sure about other countries. But as I said get checked out right away just to be on the safe side.
