This is used when they urinate or poop on the floors and the spots won't come out but they can also work for your scenario. Make sure to follow the directions correctly. Leave it on your blanket for a while to let it soak in. Wash it with HOT water. At least, you could take it to a dry cleaners to see if they could help you out. Good luck!
