The causes for erectile dysfunction are many and it would be wrong of any of us to even guess at what might be the cause. Smoking, high blood pressure, pelvic injuries and certain medications can cause erectile dysfunction and the list goes on from there.
You need to see your doctor especially if you are taking any medication. Explain to the doctor what your problem is and make sure you have a complete list of your medications with you. It could be one of your medication which the doctor may be able to change.
If the problem is not due to medication or some other organic problem your family doctor can rectify you will be referred to a Urologist who specializes in erectile dysfunction.
