Male/17. I have never had sex and have never done illegal drugs. I went to urinate a little while ago and it had a slight burning sensation, after that I took a look at the hole, and pulled out a small sample of white goo. It's a little thicker than semen. I usually would mastrabate once or twice a day. But I stopped for a few days then mastrabated about 7 times yesterday. I did not mastrabate today at all. I'm worried that there might be some infection or rare STD being transmitted without sex or drugs. The ONLY sexual activity I have done is mastrabation. What is this goo? And what should I do? I don't wanna tell my mom, and I'm scared to pee now. This has never happened to me before. I shower daily, all I've had to drink today was one can of ginger ale and a lot of water. I don't want any problems with my area down there.

I just urinated again. It was a long urination, urine seemed normal and clean, no trace of any goo. BUT there was still a burn, the burn was less than half the strength of the last one, almost unnoticeable. My heart was pounding before and during urination, as I am still a bit worried. I was also sitting down when the goo came out (I was doing 1 and 2) This time I was standing up. . Want to answer more questions in the Sexual Health and Reproduction category? I'm no doctor, but I'd put pretty good money on what you are describing being a UTI, which will only get worse and more painful. It's not a serious infection tho - so long as it gets treated in the early stages.
So please. See a doctor.
EDIT
No. Please! Don't wait for it happen again!
Painful urination is NOT the kind of thing you wait and see about. You gotta tell your Mom now!
This really does sound like a UTI to me, and UTIs should be easy to treat, but if they are left untreated the germs may travel to your kidneys, and that will mean a hospital visit or the infection can spread to your blood, which can be life-threatening.

Now that you are over 14 years of age you do not need your parents permission to make an appointment with your doctor or to see a doctor. By a Federal Law known as HIPPA you have medical privacy for anything related to you reproductive system. What you have written us about qualifies under the description in the law.
This means that no one in the doctors office can release information to anyone without your written permission. You must even sign a release for the doctors office to send the information required by the insurance company to pay the doctors fee for the visit. This is something you should sign.
Neither mom or dad can be in the exam room with you during the examination or treatment. They must wait in the waiting room unless you ask for them to be with you. These are your rights once you turn 14.
You must and should see a doctor as soon as possible you should even consider going to one of the 24 hour walk-clinics if you cannot see your own doctor today or tomorrow. Urinary infections need to be gotten on top off asap before they do serious harm.
By the way masturbating 7 times in one day is a little excessive. It may just be a coincidence or you may have strained something by masturbating so much. Whatever the cause you must inform the doctor about masturbating before experiencing the problem. The doctor won't judge you. Masturbation is normal for all teenagers and adults too.
As I said masturbating 7 times in a day is a bit excessive. If this is the norm for you I would suggest talking this over with your doctor. There is a hormonal war going on inside you that is causing you to masturbate this often. The doctor can help with this. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

- By definition, it is no longer a sexually transmitted disease. The "S" in STD stands for "sexually", and so if you haven't been having sex, it's probably not an STD or STI.
It sounds like an infection. But the only way to tell is by visiting a doctor. It may seem embarrassing, but it's the only way to know what it is, and to be sure. For all you know, it could be something VERY serious. Only a doctor knows.
Doctors are medically trained professionals. They don't judge you. They have spent a lot of time and money learning how to help people. They've seen MUCH worse, and they've probably seen more penises than you can imagine. So call your family doctor as soon as possible to get it treated!
