i cant orgaism!
Basically since I lost my virginity I have never been able to reach an orgaism during intercourse I have tried so hard to find how I like it but nothing works I have only had an orgaism during sex twice and I'm now 19. My partners have to go down on me before sex to satisfy me otherwise I'm left frustrated. It has started to really get to me! How can I try and figure out how my body like it to make me reach that point and I think its starting to get to my boyfriend.

I used to have this issue too. Here are a few things that helped me.
1. Go to the bathroom. Really. Release any urine before sex.
2. Get completely turned on before hand. Sucking in the breasts works for me. Fingering after.
3. Clitoral stimulation. Most women can't orgasm without their clit being pleasured. If we were Guys our clit would be our penis.
4. Focus on the pleasure. Don't think about ANYTHING else.
5. Lube
6. In any position when you're lying on your back put a pillow under your lower back.
7. Don't switch positions too often.
8. Make sure your man keeps at a good rhythm.

You should focus on sex. As you age, your body matures, and so does your orgasm spots. try new positions, or toys, or even a tongue ring. Sport some sexy lingerie, something that starts foreplay to find your sensitive areas and go from there.
