Blue Pasta

Would you eat blue pasta? I want to make pasta salad got a red, white, & blue theme party with the following ingredients: RED- tomatoes, ham, pepperoni, salami WHITE- cheese, cauliflower, pasta BLUE= pasta dyed blue by putting food coloring in the boiling water.

Maybe this is just the kid in me but I WOULD BE ALL OVER BLUE PASTA. Give me a plate of weird colored food any day. The only concern I would have is it dying my mouth blue? Other than that, sounds patriotic and tasty.
