evrytime i make cookies or any other bisckits they go like littel cakes. i folow what i'm sposed to put in them but sometimes i start the mixing with a electrick wisk rather than a hand wisk or wooden spoon as i have weak rists. could this be what i'm doing rong? does this happen to anyone elce?
