If you're a girl you may see no signs. Things such as chlamydia often don't have obvious external indicators. If you have any doubts at the present moment, get checked ASAP. If this is just a general question, all you can do is get checked periodically (every six months if you are active with someone).

Chlamydia 1-3 Weeks after exposure

Crabs 5days to 7 weeks after exposure

Gonorrhea 1-14 days after exposure

Herpes 2-7 days after exposure

Syphilis 3 months after exposure

HIV up to 3 months to show on a blood test but symptoms may never appear.

Please be safe!

Most STD's don't really have "signs" which is why they are so dangerous, the best thing to do is get a regular check up if you sleep with several people or just have a single check up and ask your partner to do the same if you are in a committed relationship and remember every new partner has a risk of carrying any of the diseases. Some STD's you can see signs of like herpes (around the mouth etc.) And if you are worried I would highly recommend not having sex until you are given the all clear. most tests are free depending on where you live and where you go :)

good luck x
