What is a good teeth-whitening product that actually works?
Note: I'm a broke college student; it needs to be affordable.

The trays it comes with suck, so just pick up 2 of those cheap athletic mouthguards (they're like a dollar) and follow the instructions on them- usually you have to boil water, stick them in, let them cool a little, then put them in your mouth to form them to your teeth.
(ignore some of the dumb comments, they're trolling. I've tried this with no problems. If you experience tooth sensitivity just use it less or take a break for a while.)

Also, avoid staining types of foods and drinks. Peroxide will cause spongy gums by itself and if used too often, but if you just mix it with the baking soda until it's pasty enough to brush with it's great!
