Furthermore, granola bars contain very little protein, which is especially necessary to eat in the morning to jump start your brain.

For Breakfast, you should eat one of these choices:
1) Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana.
2) Nonfat yogurt, one teaspoon of honey, and fruit.
3) High Fiber Cereal with low-fat milk and blueberries.
For Lunch, you should eat:
1) Salad with grilled chicken (like Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Strips) with nonfat dressing (like Fat Free Italian Dressing).
