Sometimes that happens to me when I haven't been eating right. Try taking a multivitamin. That helps sometimes.

Maybe it's muscle spams. I get that sometimes, but only once in a while. I'll also get it in other parts of my body.

It really isn't anything serious, so don't worry, hun =)

maybe it is just stress and you need to relax. Has somthing been bothering you lately ? if so, that may be why. If it gets worse, maybe you should go see an eye doctor.

It could be over load, stress.. Relax in the tub, get some sleep (it could be sleepiness), go out for a night with ur friends.. stretch a bit.. or maybe it's something u should tell ur doctor about if those other remedies don't work :-) Hope this helps!

I really don't know, but my eye twitched before, but it hasn't done it in like a long time, you should take a wet cold towel and place it over it, that should help some!

haha my eye ALWAYS does this...ok there are a few reasons one is you have too much caffinne, or you are not getting enough nutrients like vitamin wise!~! so either cut back a lil on the sodas, and make sure your having all the vitamins you should be taking! xoxo good luck!
