Spanish omlette, thats simply omlette with whatever you want in it.

For breakfast, you may want to liven up traditional hotcakes by adding small pieces of fruit into the batter and griddling them as you normally would on the stove. Add some piping hot melted chocolate over the top and a few raspberries for garnish. A mint leaf would also be a nice touch along with some powdered sugar sprinkled across the top.
For dinner, you could try a simple pasta dish, using a more sophisticated sort of pasta such as linguini or a seafood ravioli. Make regular canned tomato sauce livelier by adding garlic cloves and extra meat.

Then slice a loaf of french bread, and butter one side. Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. Get a salad-in-a-bag and toss with tomatoes and cucumbers and ceasar dressing. Buy or make a cheesecake (look up the recipie on the internet). Serve with wine (how old are you?) or a nice drink.
Even sandwhiches can be facy if you serve them right. (Think toasted bread, nice cold cuts, and fresh veggies. Serve with pickles, potato salad and iced tea).
Grilling meat is always nice with a baked potato or a salad.
