Question Posted Wednesday February 25 2004, 7:54 am
My hair looks good when I first wash and dry it, but over the course of the day it just goes really flat and looses all its sexy waviness and body. I've tried switching shampoos, using mouse or gel, all sorts of things, but nothing seems to work. What's the trick here?
adviceprincess answered Sunday April 4 2004, 4:44 am: well, to keep up the body, try buying a shampoo that gives you hair lots of body and volume. also, don't use as much gel or mouse. just try using the shampoo and blow drying your hair upside down to give it more body. hope i helped!

shay*shay answered Sunday February 29 2004, 12:04 pm: Dont use more gel! That just weighs your hair down and almost causes the problem. Try using less things for your hair to make it light. I use vo5 and my hair is very nice throughout the day. Give it a try [ shay*shay's advice column | Ask shay*shay A Question ]
jbdreamer answered Wednesday February 25 2004, 1:52 pm: Conditioners can really weigh down your hair, try a volumizing shampoo. I use a volumizing spray (Catwalk I think) on my towled dryed hair, and then blow drying starting with the roots, and working my way down. If your hair dryer has a cool air switch use that when you start drying, going from hot to cold can really help shape you hair. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
wifey11 answered Wednesday February 25 2004, 8:44 am: you could be putting too much conditioner on which will make it floopy and lank, try a small 10 pence size and spread it out , i bet it makes a difference [ wifey11's advice column | Ask wifey11 A Question ]
