Felt a weird tremor in my floor, and neighbor felt it too

Story time.
I live in the upstairs half of a 75 year old house that was built and lived in by my landlord's parents. They lived here, died here. I have never suspected they're still hanging around. No indications. However, there is a cemetery, within view from my little outdoor landing, on the opposite side of this block.
I was sitting at my kitchen table, which sits against a wall, as this "apartment" is small, reading a book and waiting on some food i had in the oven. I've got my feet on the floor. I have a few random things on the table. Fridge is across from me, but not touching the table. As I was sitting her, I felt a weird tremor in the floor, with my feet, that made the table shake. One of the family friend called me my sisters shadow. What does that mean? He goes "I see you have your shadow with you" or "there's your shadow". Is that an insult?

Sunscreen Help.

I am actually confused when it comes to sunscreen. I prefer the spray on kind. I know SPF stands for the protection rate but not how high an SPF I need on the bottle. I also don't know how to figure out how often to apply it before I scorch inadvertently.
My situation is that of having to be in direct sunlight and heat for over 2 hrs over course of three days often seated. What's the best SPF and duration before reapplying for me? Thanks.

Okay, let's start slow. We're both bi guys.
I first saw him at a train, I knew it was him, cause he was exactly my dream dude. Done with that.
I then met him at a competition. I was already a competitor, and he tried to get in a week after. He lost but he decided to stick around and help us prepare, so that's where we kinda got close.
After the competition, we kinda blew apart, that's when I started growing actual feelings for him. I told my friend I had a crush on him and my friend, stupidly, told him as a joke.
We then met and he called me, and then greeted. So I greeted back. end.
We then met again at the train and greeted. end.

im a 24 yr old female and i am very close to my gran who is 89 (very few health issues, asthma and vertigo)
recently i keep having the same nightmare its very vivid and i either wake up crying or screaming or both. here is a little about what happens in the dream:
im at her house and i take her food shopping as usual on saturday as normal everything is fine and i leave her and she is fine. tuesday morning coming around and im at work and i receive a phone call from her life line to say the button has been pressed but they have no response and an ambulance is on the way. i arrive at the house and the paramedics have pronounced her dead at the seen, at that point i drop to the floor in shock and im devastated. i finally find the...

Last night I dreamt that I was taking a health test back in my old high school with my old health teacher. I accidentally left half of it blank and was panicking. But before that we all ran outside of the classroom and had to go across... a room where arrows were being thrown and we had to evade them. It was like it was part of the test or something since no one was going completely bat shit crazy. I got a shot in a knee but kept going. After that I went to a room and removed a bullet from each of my two knees. I mean, weren't they arrows? And why both knees now? Third time Ive dreamt about exorcising a house.

So this morning, for the second or third time in my life, I dreamed about exorcising a negative entitiy (not demon) from a house or building I was in.
In this one, things started out normal and there were some playful people, but they disappeared and I could feel the energy in the place change, and someone else show up. I was terrified, but I stuck around. The lights went out, things would move, and this spirit "called" someones phone and was talking to the girl it belonged to, but she was being riddiculous so I took the phone and spoke with the person. It was a woman, clearly from another time period, inquiring about her young son who's name I can't remember. He was supposed to be at a boarding school or something...

I'm turning 16 this summer and I want to have a pool party and a nice dinner. To have a nice dinner I want everyone to be dressed up but after the pool everyone is super ratchet and dirty. So how would I incorporate that into the pool party? Also, since the party will be dinner should I make it a sleepover or should I just send everyone home after dinner?

I am someone who loves and lives by routine. If I do something I have to plan it and my life isn't particularly exciting. I came away from a movie recently thinking how I want to change this and howni need to embrace life and live in the moment before I see what is so often the case when people get to a certain age and realise they didn't do that.
I don't want to live completely carelessly but what are things I can do to be spontaneous, live life to the max, embrace life etc. I mean, I have a full time job and rent and bills to pay so things like travelling around the world type of thing, though exciting, isn't really an option.
Any help, tips etc appreciated.

There is this cat that roams around my grandmother's neigborhood and that we feed when he comes to her house. I really love this cat(he is really friendly and loveable), but the problem is that since he's an outdoor cat basically, he likes to fight and is now in really bad shape and might be sick. So last night, when I was praying I told God that it may be the cat's time for him to go to heaven and to shoe me a sign if I'm wrong. Early in the morning, I had a dream about said cat. Is this a sign or just pure coinsidence?

Do you ever feel like life is just so totally meaningless and you're overwhelmed by the futility of it all? Your thoughts race but you're not even thinking about anything really, and you're just so full of the sense of inherent worthlessness, so you just lay in bed for a few hours, and then you come back to earth. And it's an odd feeling while you have it, it's just nervous energy and a drive to do something but you don't know what, but it's even worse to be grounded again in the concrete world, to be content with the mundane mediocrity of life.

Losing my feelings for my boyfriend and Depression

Now I'd like to start off that I have depression, for a few years now, I am 17/female. I don't know how this plays into this well enough or has little.
Anyways, for thepast month my depression has gotten hard on me, all the whileI've slowly detached myself from my boyfriend, and with trying to converse with him during those weeks has made him irritated from my lethargy and dealing with me, and soon I called myself off from him and became distant to him.
