Advicenators Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat's a "non-advice related" question? For a question to be considered "advice-related", the questioner must first present a situation pertaining to his or her own life and then ask a question pertaining to the actions he or she should take in reaction to that situation. For example:
Advice: "My parents are coming over for dinner and I'm not sure what kind of music to play in the background. What's some good dinner music that sounds okay when played softly and that won't upset the relatives?"
Not Advice: "So, what kind of music do you all like?"
Advice: "My friend Nick broke a vase that I held very dear and refuses to pay for it. Should I continue to be his friend?"
Not Advice: "Hey everyone, I hate my friend Nick."
