Advicenators Frequently Asked Questions

My kid is on advicenators and I'm mad.
We have a lot of members at advicenators, and many of these members are under the age of 18. This site is not targeted towards teenagers or adults, it simply strives to offer life advice to its subscribers through a network of advisors. Many teenaged children have life questions that they are uncomfortable asking their friends or relatives, and Advicenators offers a forum where those questions can be posed and answered in a safe and responsible manner. A range of topics are discussed and, inevitably, sex is sometimes a subject for peoples' concerns. We strive to keep these discussions meaningful and responsible to ensure that our subscribers are receiving the best advice possible.

We try our best to ensure that there is no obscene content on our website but we admit that we are not capable of perfect vigilance over thousands users, and this is why we explicitly state in our terms of service agreement that we are not responsible for the content. Your children will have needed to agree to these terms of service before they were able to register for the website and enter their details. Since they are under eighteen years of age, that means they will have needed to ask your permission first before agreeing to this. Your children also agreed to a statement declaring that they are at least 13 years of age.

If you are convinced that your children should not have access to the Advicenators website, then you can control this situation at home by asking your children to delete their user accounts. Accounts are deleted by filling out the form found on this page:http://www.advicenators.com/deletec.php
