Well for me to open up to someone i have to trust them. But sometimes if i have no one to open up to i just open up to the person who is there for me. Also it has to be someone that i think will help, If i think the person will jsut be like oh im sorry ot dumb answers like that then its really hard for me to open up to them because its pointless. well when i start to get close to someone i get comfortable around them and begin to trust them and then open up to them with out noticing... telling them things i wouldnt normally tell many people...
there are heaps of reasons i open up to people.. like when im going through something and dont understand it or dont know what do to i seek advice from friends and to talk to them about it which is opening up to them. generally i open up to others because i know i can trust them with my life and that they will always love me no matter what.

For Me I wanna open up to people when
I think they dont understand me or when
I want them to get to know me better. But they
have to seem understanding and caring.
I wont tell sum1 stuff if i think i cant
trust them. Trust is Major!!

when you can't sleep or can't seem get it off your chest and mind. something you can't hold on to.. sometimes it better to say and let it go.. sometimes you hold something in for long time it will borther you and it will get worst. so it best figure out what you like to say with out hurting or saying wrong things. to say what you want to say to that person.. hoppe that what your asking for.
